I like to build model cars in my spare time. I was very excited to see a mini race car track in school. This got me interested in building a mini 4X4. I went to a model shop in Mong Kok to buy a small race car for $80. I liked the design of the car and the colour of the tires.
I went home to look at the instructions for the car. It looked like it was easy to build.
I took my time to carefully cut the body out from the shell. I used a pair of scissors and a sharp knife. Remember to be careful and work with your mummy or daddy when you are using knife!
Next, I made the car with all the tiny pieces in the kit. It did not take long, and it was easy to build. I really like the colour of the tires for this car.
After washing the small body, I used spray paint to add colour to the body. Painting is my favourite part of building models.
Here is the finished car! Do you like the colour I used? Look at the short video I made playing with some students from 3D.
Do you like to play with these cars? I hope I can race with you one day!
